To share a resource to the commons: (Thanks to our very own Tim O'Keefe for putting these directions together for us!)

  1. Go to your webpage, assignment, etc.
  2. Click on the stop light.   (Select share to commons)
  3. Under who can use this resource  (Click All of St, Louis University High School)

  4. Add a description.
  5. Under Tags, put in the Tag: JrBills (Using JrBills will help distinguish distance learning pages from other SLUH pages that have already been shared in the commons). You can use other tags too.
  6. Add an image. You can just search a relevant pic from their database - (it does not matter that much what you choose but they ask you to select one)
  7. You can select the grade levels it is appropriate for if you like.
  8. Click on the save button.

Then after doing this if people go into the commons and search JrBills it will pop up.  ( like below )
